We are now looking for a highly-motivated student to join us as a Technical Support & Documentation Intern based out of the Netherlands. If you have a knack for technology, a keen attention to details and top-notch communication skills, we’re looking for you!

What will you do?

As a Technical Support & Documentation Intern, you will become an expert on evaluating and documenting bugs, as well as collaborating with our technical support and software development team to help solve them. You are also responsible for contributing to the maintenance and expansion of our knowledge center, where users can find answers independently. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone hoping to pursue a career in technical  support, technical writing or software development, with the potential to lead to a full-time position upon successfully completing the internship.

Together with our customer support, development and product teams, you will become an expert investigator on product bugs as well as a confident technical writer. We will also look to you for your suggestions to improve current processes and you can be confident that your input will be recognized and taken seriously.

  • Monitor the our incoming Customer Support tickets for issues related to bugs

  • Write clear and effective bug reports

  • Work with our technical support and software development team to help resolve bugs

  • Provide monthly reporting on trends in bugs reported by customers

  • Provide recommendations on focus areas for product and process improvement based on trends in bugs reported by customers

  • Write and update materials in our knowledge base

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • You have at least a B2 level proficiency in Dutch

  • You have extremely strong attention to detail

  • You are not afraid to ask questions

  • You are a proactive team player who is well organized, demonstrates a positive attitude and meets deadlines

  • You have technical proficiency in computer basics and enjoy solving technical problems

  • You commit to handling customer data with integrity and care

  • You are available for a minimum commitment of 3 months

  • Bonus points if you are familiar with Zendesk and/or JIRA
