Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Drive Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring customer-focused and technically sound solutions.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Act as the bridge between business objectives and engineering realities, translating customer needs into actionable product features.

• Leverage Data: Use analytics to measure success, refine product features, and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep Speakap innovative by exploring emerging technologies and staying updated on industry developments.

• Champion Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across product and engineering teams.

Product Leadership:

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS environments, with a demonstrated ability to balance technical feasibility, data-driven insights, business priorities, and customer needs to deliver high-impact products.

Customer Focus & Commercial Sense:

• A customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering solutions that solve real-world problems.

• Strong commercial awareness, balancing user needs with business objectives to drive growth and competitive advantage.

Educational Background:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Soft Skills & Personality:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for turning ideas into reality.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
