Position: Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of Speakap’s product vision, strategically driving the product roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role is central to keeping Speakap's product competitive, valuable, and impactful, bridging the needs of frontline workers with business goals. You’ll combine hands-on product management with leadership, all aimed at enhancing the user experience and delivering outcomes that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with users, gathering insights to drive meaningful product strategies.

• Lead the Product Discovery process, identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities for development.

• Collaborate across teams to design and implement user-focused, practical solutions.

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends to keep Speakap’s product competitive and innovative.

• Leverage product metrics to make data-informed decisions,   assess feature success, and plan future initiatives.

• Mentor and support other product managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Background & Leadership: 5+ years B2B SaaS Product Management experience,supported by a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business/Economics, Psychology, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion. Fluent in English.

• Product Thinking: Strong track record in user-centered design and data-driven decision making. Experience in translating customer needs into effective product solutions while balancing stakeholder interests.

• Culture & Commitment: Natural problem-solver who thrives on continuous learning and collaborative innovation. Based near Amsterdam with the ability to work from the office twice weekly. Passionate about creating impactful solutions that address real customer challenges.

Here's what our interview process looks like: We start with a 30-minute video call with HR to learn about your background and what drives you. Next up are two key conversations - a deep-dive into your product experience with our Product Lead, and a session to explore team and cultural fit. The final stage involves a product case study, where you'll have two days to prepare a 30-minute presentation, followed by a discussion about your approach and vision. We've designed the process to be thorough yet efficient, ensuring both sides can make an informed decision.
