As a
Senior Customer Success Manager at Speakap, you’ll be joining a Netherlands-based company that’s transforming the way organizations communicate, connect, and collaborate with their frontline employees. With a strong global presence and over 600 satisfied customers, our platform is already making a real impact and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Customer Success professional with a relentless, customer-first mindset. Someone who goes the extra mile to build deep relationships, understand business goals, and consistently deliver meaningful value. You’ll take ownership of some of our most important accounts, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in scaling our presence across the Netherlands, Belgium, and the DACH region. You’re passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive when turning complex needs into lasting results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with a portfolio of strategic customers

  • Become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, understanding their goals and ensuring Speakap delivers real business value

  • Spot commercial opportunities within your customer portfolio and collaborate with Sales to action on them 

  • Develop and deliver training and strategic workshops for customers that can be repeated by training internal teams.

  • Turn satisfied customers into true advocates through referrals, case studies, and executive engagement

  • Help shape and scale our CS approach as we grow, improving how we measure success and deliver impact

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive roadmap influence

What You Bring to the Team

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, combined with 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting—ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and expanding large accounts, engaging directly with C-level stakeholders and driving long-term customer value.

  • Customer-first mindset—you stay close to the customer, understand their goals, and deliver solutions that truly matter.

  • Strong commercial instincts—you identify risks and opportunities early, craft compelling business cases, and help customers grow.

  • Excellent communicator, confident in executive settings and skilled at translating complexity into clarity across teams.

  • Native-level Dutch and professional-level English, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with frontline-focused industries like retail, logistics, or hospitality, and / or have experience working in internal communications or employee experience
