We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Office Manager & HR Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You excel at multitasking, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth office operations. From managing office logistics and supplies to onboarding new employees and handling HR administration like sick leave and contracts, you take pride in creating an efficient and welcoming workplace. With strong organizational and communication skills, you make sure employees have what they need to do their best work. What will you do:
Be the friendly point of contact for all calls, mail, and office inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with customers, stakeholders, and the team while keeping the office space tidy and welcoming.
Take care of office logistics, from managing supplies and groceries to asset registration and organizing repairs, while also handling HR admin like onboarding and leave management to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Work closely with the Culture Crew to create fun, engaging activities, office perks, and company events, always looking for new ways to enhance the office atmosphere based on team feedback.
Support the Management Team with organizing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and keeping track of action items to ensure everything stays on track.
Be the go-to person for any office-related issues, including building services or maintenance, and ensure a positive, productive environment for the team.
What we expect from you:
1-3 years of experience in office management, executive support, or HR administration, preferably in a scale-up environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented, always looking to improve processes and create a smooth, welcoming office environment.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong proficiency in Google Apps (Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
Strong communicator who handles multiple tasks with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Based in the Amsterdam area and available to work from the office five days a week.
