The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (GTM & Content) who loves turning strategy into action. While high-level GTM direction is shaped together with our Country Managers and external performance agency, you own the execution and make sure plans turn into results.

You act as the connecting force between performance briefs, our in-house designer, and Sales teams in the Netherlands and the US. With a strong commercial mindset and a sharp, “vlotte” writing style, you ensure everything we put into the market,  from webinars to landing pages; directly supports sales conversations, addresses objections, and drives revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Own GTM execution for NL and US, translating strategy into concrete actions and content that drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Run sales driven webinars, round tables, and events (digital and physical) that generate high-quality leads and strengthen our market presence.

  • Enable Sales with pitch decks, email sequences, one-pagers, and case studies, built on real sales input, call recordings and objections.

  • Collaborate with our performance agency, turning (content)briefs and data into strong, conversion-focused campaigns and copy.

  • Create compelling bilingual content (NL/EN) for landing pages, blogs, LinkedIn, and campaigns, tailored to frontline-driven industries and decision-makers in HR, Comms, and Operations.

  • Work closely with our in-house designer to ensure messaging and visuals reinforce each other and land with impact, respecting global brand and content guidelines.

Who You Are

  • A hands-on, execution-driven GTM professional with a strong commercial and sales mindset.

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM, Content, Product Marketing, or Growth roles, supported by a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Comfortable working closely with Sales, translating field insights and objections into GTM assets that actually get used.

  • Experienced in webinars, events, and lead generation that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.

  • Agency-savvy and performance-aware, able to turn data, briefs, and insights into tangible deliverables and results.

  • Native-level fluent in Dutch and English, based in Amsterdam, and thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

  • Lead Quality & Volume: Sales-Accepted Leads from webinars, events, and campaigns.

  • Execution Velocity: Speed and quality of turning ideas into live assets.

  • Sales Adoption: How often and how effectively Sales uses your materials and customers to find it helpful.

  • Campaign Performance: Strong CTRs and conversion rates driven by sales-aligned messaging with true localized approaches for US and NL.
