As the Android & iOS App Delivery Intern, you are responsible for ensuring that the applications that we customize with our customers’ logos and branding (called “white-label apps”) on Android and iOS platforms adhere to all necessary regulations and meet the requirements established by Google and Apple. By staying informed about the latest developments in the field, you are also able to proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, thereby maintaining the seamless continuity of access to the apps for our customers.

We are now looking for a highly-motivated student to join us as an Android & iOS App Delivery Intern based out of the Netherlands. If you have a knack for technology, a keen attention to details and top-notch communication skills, we’re looking for you!


Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • You proactively track regulations and policy changes related to the App Store and Google Play which may impact our apps.

  • You take a hands-on approach when it comes to fixing blocking issues with regards to the white-label app delivery-and update process, in consultation with internal subject matter experts at first and eventually independently.

  • You create new white-labelapps, or make changes to existing whitelabel apps, using well-established internal tools and processes such as:
    • Running automations to build and deploy apps

    • Configuring Apple and Android stores to ensure successful delivery of new apps

    • Configuring related services

    • Deleting white-label apps when requested

  • You ensure the status of all white-label apps is continuously tracked and reported in a way that it can be easily checked by all stakeholders in the company.

  • You serve as the first point of contact for inquiries about the status of white-label apps.

  • You maintain internal documentation on white-label apps in order to ensure business continuity in case tasks need to be handed over, temporarily or permanently.

  • You work with Customer Support and Customer Success in case instructions for customers need to be updated, or in case proactive communication to the customer is required in relation to policy changes or other blocking issues.

  • You continuously look for ways to optimize the white-label app process and take initiative to drive and implement these optimizations in collaboration with developers, product owners, customer support and customer success management.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Policy or a related field.

  • You possess an interest in understanding and staying up-to-date with the regulations and policies governing mobile applications.

  • You are comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • You have strong English-language verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Haves

  • You have familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems and their respective app store environments (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).

  • Proficiency in Dutch or German.
