What you’ll do
Your main responsibility will be to help customers reach their internal communication and employee experience goals. You collaborate with Marketing & Sales (Marketers, Customer Success Managers etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers.
You are the one that establishes lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers of enterprise level organizations with employees all around the world. You do this by initiating (together with the Sales Development Representative), negotiating and closing new contracts with new customers. Creating new networks and relationships with potential new customers is what you live for, you do this any way you can.
You are at the frontline and act as the customer’s voice, so you collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, that is how you can impact the product roadmap. Next to all of this you provide recommendations based on customers’ business challenges, requirements and usage patterns. Finally your collaboration with the Customer Success Manager is extremely important, you work together to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade and renewal, in other words, up- and cross selling our product to customers you already know
Who you’ll be working with
As Field Account Executive you will work together closely with the Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Manager and the Marketing team. Furthermore you will report to our Chief Revenue Officer in the Netherlands.
What you bring to the table
As an experienced Field Account Executive (5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales) you are extremely curious and you are the best listener you know. You are strategical and have an analytical mindset.
