Product Assistant White Label (PT)

At Speakap, we offer a white-label solution to our customers, which includes fully branded mobile apps for Android and iOS. Hundreds of fully branded customer apps are published to the App Store, Google Play and various other distribution channels every month.
Building and maintaining these apps is a process that requires planning, coordination and communication with the customer as well as with Speakap's development- and support teams, during onboarding as well as in later stages of the customer lifecycle.
We are looking for a part-time (+/- 20 hours per week) Product Assistant White Label to join our team and own this process!
What you’ll do
Ensuring the timely delivery of new white-label apps to newly onboarded customers and modified apps to existing customers.
Communicating with the customer about requirements, deliverables and issues regarding white-label apps.
Hands-on taking the necessary manual steps to create and update white-label apps insofar as these steps have not been automated yet.
Building and maintaining customer-facing documentation in order to guide them through the process as smoothly as possible.
Building and maintaining internal documentation in order to ensure business continuity in case tasks need to be handed over, temporarily or permanently.
Taking a hands-on approach when it comes to fixing blocking issues with regards to the whitelabel-app delivery- and update process.
Continuously looking for ways to optimize the white-label app process and taking initiative to drive and implement these optimizations in collaboration with developers, product owners, customer support and customer success management.
Continuously tracking store developments and policy changes, identifying and acting on required changes and opportunities.
Ensuring the current status of all white-label apps is continuously tracked and reported in a way that it can be easily checked by non-tech people in the company.
