Customer Success Intern

We don’t want to toot our own horn too much but we at Speakap currently have 500+ customers, and we’re growing fast. So many customers, so many goals to meet together… As a Customer Success team, guiding our customers to achieve their desired outcome with Speakap is our main responsibility. This takes excellent project management and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively influence both external and internal stakeholders. Behind the scenes, this takes efficient and consistent execution against key processes, smart automation and insights from our customer experience data. Speakap is on the search for a Customer Success Intern to join our team in our Amsterdam headquarters. Are you eager to gain experience and knowledge in the business processes, tools, and data analysis required to support a positive customer experience? Then this internship could be the beginning of your career in Customer Success!
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing and reporting on trends in customer feedback.
Executing process and data quality health checks in our key systems such as Salesforce.
Updating and running automations supporting customer onboarding.
Updating and running customer off-boarding processes.
Supporting the Customer Success Managers with various tasks and projects they need assistance with at the time.
- You are based in Amsterdam or you are able to travel to Amsterdam for work.
You are a current or recently graduated Master’s student.
You have professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus but not necessary).
You are available from 32-40 hours per week, for a minimum period of 5 months.
Preferred but not required - You have experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
You are open and receptive to receiving feedback.
You are organised and can manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic setting.
You work well in an international environment with both colleagues from different countries and customers based around the world.
You take initiative and you are proactive.
