Even though historically, Speakap has generated most of its revenue in the Benelux, over the last few years, we’ve expanded in the US, UK, Germany & Spain, with a 200% year-over-year growth rate. And that's where you come in.

Your responsibilities

  • Increase the inbound-sourced pipeline through data-informed recommendations to Marketing leadership, as well as process and technical improvements.

  • Increase the outbound-sourced pipeline through data-informed recommendations to Sales leadership as well as process and technical improvements.

  • Partner with the Head of Data Architecture to incorporate Sales and Marketing data into our business intelligence tools and projects.

  • Design and implement an improved revenue attribution model and maintenance process.

  • Improve revenue forecasting by testing different models against historical data and improving data integrity.

  • Educate partners in Marketing, Sales, and Leadership on how to use data to set more ambitious and measurable goals as well as manage day-to-day operations.

  • Support automation, technical troubleshooting, and systems improvements for key Sales and Marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.

Your profile:

  • You are energized by the idea of helping teams run more efficiently and productively.

  • You love to turn data into insights and communicate findings fearlessly.

  • You are extraordinarily tech-savvy and are an expert-level administrator of at least one of the following tools: Hubspot, Salesforce, Aircall, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo.

  • You admire companies like Intercom and Slack that are best in class in creating marketing-led revenue and keep up-to-date on how companies like these are running successful operations.

  • You know and love a high-growth company's opportunities and challenges: bonus points for past working experience in scale-ups, start-ups, or SaaS/subscription-based companies.

  • You have a "customer-centric" mentality, even when that customer is an internal team like Sales or Marketing.

  • You have an appetite for learning, as well as teaching others.

  • You are a structured and organized worker, and you know how to make work run smoothly.
